Bringing over 25 Years of corporate recruiting experience, Phyllis led the recruiting program for Procter & Gamble’s Finance & International Recruiting Operations Group, before launching Corporate Collaborations in 2002.   Her expertise is in the area of corporate recruiting, at all levels, and career development, which has resulted in Phyllis becoming a featured speaker at many top graduate schools across the US as well as a key resource to senior corporate leaders as they build or strengthen their finance staff.

Kimberly (Sammons) Adler - Managing Partner

Kim came to Corporate Collaborations via the west coast where she worked for 10 years on the marketing side of business as a Market Development Project Manager at a global music products association. Along with this valuable experience she also holds her MBA in Finance. Kim’s industry experience and subject-matter knowledge make her a very strategic part of our firm. She has an in-depth understanding of our client company needs and also understands the key concerns and goals of our top talent.

Catherine O'Neill - Recruiting Administrator

Catherine O'Neill brings a diverse background that includes nearly 20 years with Procter & Gamble which included assignments in their U. S. Talent Supply Group, Corporate New Ventures, Equity Ventures, and Global Marketing Purchases.  Her experience working cross-functionally in a variety of positions has given her the skills to assist broadly in the overall activities of Corporate Collaborations, LLC.
